There are two ways to use Spekr Energy: you can either put Spekr Energy under your tongue (sublingual) for faster effects, or you can swallow them directly or mix them with food or drink for a slower, more gradual release of the CBD over time. To use Spekr Energy sublingually, fill the dropper with your desired dose of oil and place it under your tongue. Squeeze the dropper to release the oil, and hold the oil there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing the remaining oil. This allows for faster absorption of the CBD into your bloodstream.

Alternatively, you can quickly swallow oil by itself or mix it with your food or drink for a slower release. Keep in mind that this method will take longer for the effects to be felt.
