Peppermint Oil Increases Athletic Performance in Human Study

As athletes, we are always looking for ways to improve our performance. A 2014 study aimed to investigate the effects of peppermint oil ingestion on various physiological parameters and exercise performance.

The human study involved 30 healthy male university students and the results were clear. The experimental group also saw improvements in reaction times. These findings suggest that peppermint oil may have a positive impact on athletic performance.
